Ferrules Direct is the online store of Miromar L.L.C.

Privacy Policy

Ferrules Direct will not resell or distribute any customer information. All information collected is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and is transmitted via Secure Server.

Shipping Policy

Ferrules Direct orders are shipped FOB Origin. We offer our customers the following shipping options:

      • UPS: 
        Prepay and Add: Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Blue, 3rd Day Orange.
        Collect Shipping: Customer must provide a valid UPS Account Number

        • **Free UPS Ground shipping applies to credit card orders placed through our website. The promotion will be automatically applied to all orders totaling $100 or more. No promo code needed. You must purchase a total of $100.00 worth of merchandise net of applicable discounts and before sales tax is applied. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with any other offers.
Clearance items, bulkier "non standard" items (such as steel enclosures, flexible conduit, and DIN rails), are excluded from this promotion due to size, length, and weight restrictions, as well as close out discounted pricing. Valid on standard U.S. ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy

  • To qualify for our return policy, an RMA number must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.

  • All products must be returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Ferrules Direct. Please contact Ferrules Direct by phone (703) 421-2805 or by email sales@ferrulesdirect.com to request an RMA number from a representative. Products returned without a proper RMA number will be rejected/disposed of by Ferrules Direct and no refund/credit will be issued.

  • Once an RMA number has been issued, items must be returned to Ferrules Direct within two weeks of date of initiation. Returns received after the two-week window are subject to rejection.

  • Tooling (hand tools, automated tools, die sets, etc): we offer a 7-day return window from receipt of order. Unlike our competitors that offer no return policy for tooling, we feel that this seven day timeframe is ample to review functionality while working within your application.  Tooling must be in 100% working order, free of any wear, and must be returned in the original packaging with all related accessories, when included.

  • Ferrules Direct will not accept returns on the following, but not limited to: starter kits, custom kits, clearance items.

  • A 10% restocking charge will be applied to all eligible returns and a credit in the resulting amount (exclusive of shipping charges incurred by Ferrules Direct) will be issued back to the original payment method. Opened/Used packages cannot be returned.

  • Goods returned that qualified for our outgoing "Free Shipping" promotion will incur a shipping charge deduction if the returned goods drop the order total below the original $100 qualified amount.

Product Liability Policy

Ferrules Direct's products are fully protected by a Products Liability Insurance policy issued by The Hartford Insurance Company. For a copy of this insurance policy, please contact us at (703) 421-2805 or send us a request at support@ferrulesdirect.com.

Blanket Orders Disclaimer

Ferrules Direct will gladly accept orders with multiple dates. However, Ferrules Direct cannot guarantee that the requested items will be available on the date(s) specified in the blanket order. Since Ferrules Direct is an online store, product availability fluctuates greatly from day to day, thus making it impossible to forecast what items will be available on any given day.

Warranty Statement

Miromar L.L.C., d/b/a Ferrules Direct (hereinafter referred to as FD) warrants that its products are free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not cover misused, altered, neglected, carelessly handled products, or products used for any unintended purposes.

FD will replace, at its option, any product found defective by customer within a reasonable period of time. Replacements for such defective products  will be made at the expense of FD.

FD shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or any other costs which may occur from the purchase or use of its products. No other warranty (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) is expressly made or implied. Some states do not allow limitations or exclusions on implied warranties, and in those states, the above limitations of an implied warrant may not apply.

Contact Ferrules Direct Customer Service department to obtain a Return Materials Authorization number before returning any goods covered by this warranty. This warranty provides specific legal rights and other applicable rights in some states.
